1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and 321spin ("Platform", "we" or "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 321spin platform — including the website, betting services, slots, live casino, and sportsbook — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

2. Account Registration

• Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing or closure of all such accounts.

• Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account, including if the account is accessed without authorisation due to the user's own negligence.
• 321spin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) at any time for account verification purposes.
• False or misleading information provided during registration may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any account balance without notice.

After successful registration, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure your account password is kept secure and not disclosed to anyone.

3. User Eligibility

Use of the 321spin platform is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not prohibited by law in your jurisdiction from participating in online gambling activities.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

321spin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, ShopeePay, and Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM10 per transaction.

• All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• 321spin does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their terms.
• All financial transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for cryptocurrency payments which will be converted at the current exchange rate.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 321spin account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of submission, subject to any required verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security purposes and to prevent money laundering.
• Before the first withdrawal is approved, users may be required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process by submitting a valid copy of their MyKad.
• Any bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is attempted.
• 321spin reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there are signs of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or if an investigation is ongoing.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same method as your original deposit to ensure funds reach the correct and secure destination.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

321spin offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated in their respective promotion terms.

Welcome Bonus — 100% up to RM500:

• New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be made.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement = RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 must be wagered first.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement = RM500 × 10 = RM5,000 must be completed.

VIP Programme and Cashback:

• VIP Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• VIP Silver members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• VIP Gold members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Eligibility for additional promotions such as cashback, special rewards, and personalised offers is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated separately.

321spin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion with reasonable notice. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — is a serious breach that may result in account closure.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the 321spin platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, sic bo, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other games — have their own specific rules which can be found within each game's interface.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error is proven and confirmed by the game provider.
• If a technical disruption or disconnection occurs during an active game, the account balance will be restored based on the last saved system record.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any unfair means to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• The user fails to submit identity verification documents when requested.
• A closure request is submitted by the user for personal reasons, including self-exclusion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 321spin customer support team via Live Chat or email. Any legitimate funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.

321spin also reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is an urgent security or regulatory compliance requirement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 321spin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any actions, content, or services provided by third parties connected to our platform.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of services in certain regions.

In any event, 321spin's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
